Section 18
Delegation of authority
(1) The executive may delegate some of its powers to the president or chief, vice president or deputy chief, ward committee member, committee, sub-committee or chief administrative officer or authorized employee.
(2) The chairman or vice-chairman, chief or deputy chief may delegate some of the powers granted to him to any member or employee.
(3) The Ward Committee or the Ward Chairman may delegate some of the powers granted to him to any member or employee of the Ward Committee.
